LKN Spray Tans requires a valid credit card number (Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover) to be on file for all customers at the time of booking. In the event of a "no show", you will forfeit your deposit to account for the lost appointment time and you will not be able to make a future appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may forfeit the deposit. (This will be determined on an individual basis.)
We work on a by-appointment only basis; therefore, missed appointments are lost scheduling time for other clients who may be trying to book an appointment. Please be respectful of our time as well as those that are scheduled after you.
If you find yourself in a position to be more than 10 minutes late, you must call as soon as possible as you may have to be rescheduled. If we do not hear from you 10 or more minutes into your appointment time, it is considered a "no show" and your deposit is non-refundable.
