Cancellation Policy: Appointments are essential, so I keep a credit card—Visa, Mastercard, American Express, or Discover—on file for every booking. Should you cancel less than twenty-four hours ahead or miss your slot, the deposit stays with me. That said life happens-traffic delays, whatever. If you’re running more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule to keep things smooth for everyone. A quick call ahead? Makes all the difference. I really appreciate your understanding.
