Terms and Conditions

By booking a spray tan appointment with us (through this website or Square), you agree to the following:

1. Bookings
Appointments are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis. We reserve the right to accept or decline any request. Clients must be 18 years or older (or have parental/guardian consent if under 18).

2. Payments & Deposits
A $20 deposit is required at the time of booking via Square to confirm your spot. This deposit is fully transferable—if you need to reschedule or cancel, we’ll apply it toward your next appointment. The remaining balance is due at your session (cash, card, or Square). Prices are subject to change; we’ll notify you in advance if needed.

3. Cancellations & No-Shows
We understand life happens. If you cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours’ notice, your $20 deposit stays as credit—no questions asked.
Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in the deposit being forfeited, as it helps us hold your time slot.

4. General
These terms may be updated from time to time—we’ll post any changes here. If there’s ever an issue, we’d love to talk it through first. Any disputes will be handled under North Carolina law.
